The person we are looking for should have hands on experience in email marketing preferably with the following skill set:

Primarily support the Email Marketing Manager with email projects from concept to launch
5+ years of marketing experience supporting email campaigns with an understanding of email marketing platforms and ecosystems, preferably experience with Adobe Campaign. Working in an email platform is a required experience as this contractor will need to set up, test, and deploy emails from our ESP.
Experience with email builds i.e. coding HTML/CSS for email design, email delivery infrastructure, QA
Experience with campaign and project management tools
Support quality assurance and leverage quality control checklists and procedures to ensure error-free campaign launch
Strong attention to detail and an eye for quality
Solid communication skills with the ability to motivate both external and internal team members and maximize production timelines.
Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks based on importance, dependencies, size, scope and timeliness.
Motivated self-starter capable of taking initiative to negotiate tough situations
Worked with cross functional teams and have a proven reputation for being a great collaborator

Position Summary:

Primarily support the Email Marketing Manager with email projects from concept to launch. Tasks will involve setting up HTMLs and deploying campaigns in Adobe Campaign. Editing HTMLs and proofing emails.

Duties:

Strong interpersonal skills, able to work cross-functionally. Demonstrated strength in oral and written communication. High attention to detail, must be able to proof emails against approved copy decks. Strong organizational and analytical skills ability to comprehend, analyze and interpret general business correspondence, professional publications and industry information. Previous experience in marketing, specifically in the area of email marketing is highly desired. Demonstrated initiative, ability to handle multiple projects in a fast paced environment. Strong project management and follow-up skills. Must be PC literate with a good command of word processing, presentation/graphics packages, spreadsheets and have strong Internet skills.

Experience:

Education:

Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent work experience required - no exceptions
